  3. Remove from heat, strain in cup, add half a teaspoon of honey for taste and enjoy!

  2. In India, we often drink tea...like daily. Most of us add ginger and garlic in the tea for the taste. Obviously, the health benefits are there but the taste also turns out to be great.

  3. I love lemon and ginger tea; I've never thought to add garlic although I sometimes add turmeric. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties and is fab for your health.
